Exercise 1.3

Exercise 1.5
In many oral exam formats at the B2 level, a short presentation is required in which you present a topic in a structured way within a few minutes. The goal is to show that you can argue logically in German, include clear examples, and respond to the audience’s questions.
Olena, founder of this learning platform, develops each exercise together with teachers and certified examiners from Europe, Africa, and South America. Her advice: “Plan your talk with the 1-3-1 method: one key point at the beginning, three pieces of evidence in the main part, one sentence to conclude. This way, you maintain structure even if you're nervous.”
Choose one of the above topics, write down three keywords, and give a two-minute trial presentation in front of a mirror. Focus on eye contact, gestures, and clear pauses. Repeat this training for three consecutive days – your preparation will stick and the exam will feel easier.
Anyone who combines a clear structure, vivid examples, and suitable phrases will present confidently – and earn valuable points in the speaking section of any B2 exam.
Oleg Blakytny: „Straightforward and to the point – I recommend it!“
Agnieszka Strzelczyk: „German can be a challenge, but with this platform everything looks much easier. I’m satisfied because I can improve my speaking, writing and listening skills. A very helpful website for German learners.“
Anna Chin: „Hello, from August to October I prepared for the B1 exam with Olena. As a result, I passed the exam and received my B1 certificate. I would like to say that the training with Olena gave me more knowledge than the courses, because during those months my listening, reading, and writing skills improved noticeably. Speaking, of course, depends on vocabulary, but we practiced dialogues and naturally spoke more together as well.“
