1. Subject of the Agreement
Deutsch-Vorbereitung.com offers a partner program that allows users to earn commissions by promoting the platform. These terms and conditions govern participation in the partner program and the conditions for remuneration.
2. Participation in the Partner Program
- Any user can participate in the partner program by sending an application via email to [email protected]. After reviewing the application, the user will receive confirmation and become a "Partner".
- Each partner receives an individual promo code, which can be shared publicly, e.g., on social networks or websites.
- The promo code provides new users with a 20% discount on purchasing a paid subscription or one-time access on the platform.
- The partner receives a 30% commission on the amount paid by a referred user for the first month of a subscription or one-time access.
3. Commission Calculation and Payment
- Partners have access to daily statistics on orders placed using their promo code through their personal account.
- The commission is accumulated. A payout is only possible when the total amount reaches at least 100 euros.
- Once the amount exceeds 100 euros, the partner can submit a payout request via email and attach an invoice (as a company or individual). Payment is made by bank transfer within 14 business days after approval of the request.
4. Commission Expiry
- If, within a year after the first purchase with a partner's promo code, the total commission does not reach 100 euros, the accumulated commission will be deleted and reset to zero.
- This rule is intended to ensure collaboration only with active partners.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Partner
- The partner commits to sharing the promo code only on legal and ethically acceptable platforms. Spam or misleading advertising is prohibited.
- The partner must not make false promises about the platform or the benefits of the promo code.
- Deutsch-Vorbereitung.com reserves the right to suspend the partner account or terminate the contract without notice if violations of the guidelines are found.
6. Disclaimer
- Deutsch-Vorbereitung.com is not liable for losses or missed earnings resulting from participation in the partner program.
- The partner is responsible for proper invoicing and tax declaration of their earnings.
7. Changes to the Partner Program
- Deutsch-Vorbereitung.com reserves the right to change or adjust the terms of the partner program at any time.
- Partners will be informed of significant changes via email or through their user account.
8. Final Provisions
- If any provision of these terms is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
- The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
- Deutsch-Vorbereitung.com does not participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures and is not obliged to do so.
