Yes, of course. You can purchase one month of access for €9.99 and choose PayPal as your payment method. You can also subscribe monthly for €7.99 with PayPal. At any time before the next charge (one month after subscribing), you can cancel the subscription, and no further charges will be made.

This can happen in two cases:

• You are not logged in to the website.

The PayPal subscription for €7.99 can only be paid via PayPal. It is a monthly subscription that is automatically renewed on a regular basis unless you cancel it.

First, a short clarification: “Allgemein” is simply the designation for the general exam format in the telc series. It is therefore not another company and not a completely separate exam.

Specifically to your question: There are no significant differences in structure or level of difficulty between the telc Deutsch B2 Allgemein exam and the telc Deutsch B2 exam. Both correspond to level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). There are only minor differences:

• Name: “B2 Allgemein” highlights that it is not a specialized exam (e.g. medicine or professional).
• Exam structure: The parts (reading, listening, writing, speaking) are the same, differences may only appear in the texts or topics.
• Topics: In “Allgemein”, more everyday and social issues are covered, while e.g. “B2 Beruf” focuses more on professional language.
• Recognition: Both certificates are equally recognized in Germany and other countries.

This means: If you want to take the general exam, you can practice in both the “telc” and “Allgemein” sections – the material is identical and belongs to the general telc format (not Beruf). You choose the appropriate level area (B1 or B2) depending on your goal.

Thus, both certificates have the same value for studies, work, and everyday life.

With us, you cannot change the playback speed. The speed of all audio files in the listening section corresponds as closely as possible to the real exam.

The reason is that the audio recordings are made to be as close as possible to those used in the exam. They also contain such background noises.

Yes, copying texts from our website is generally prohibited.
