The DTZ (German Test for Immigrants) is a key component of many integration courses in Germany. Although the official level of the test is A2–B1, participants with lower language skills can still receive a recognized A1 certificate. Our online platform offers targeted A1 reading exercises with solutions and clear explanations to help you prepare step by step for the reading tasks in the DTZ exam.
The reading part lasts 25 minutes and includes a total of 25 tasks divided into four sections. Depending on your language level, you can focus on the parts that suit you best.
Our exercises are based specifically on the text types from Parts 1 and 2, which are especially suitable for learners at the A1 level. You’ll practice how to find information, match statements logically, and understand important words in context.
Start your DTZ reading practice today – with exercises designed specifically for the A1 level. This way, you'll enter your German exam feeling confident, calm, and well prepared.
QwertyOlga Popkova: „Very good site for preparing for the B1 Beruf exam. I’m really happy to learn here and prepare for the test!“
Sonal Rashid: „I used this website for my B1 exam and it was very helpful. Now I’m using it to prepare for the B2 exam.“
Alex Aldikurz: „Excellent website for exam preparation! There’s a lot of material, and all the best is collected in one place. The only downside is that the names and numbers in the listening and writing sections are spoken too fast (for me). Still, definitely worth the money!“
